In this paper we deal with how to teach the property of water in primary school science. Through carrying out of simple experiments on measurements of temperature in process of water cooling using data loggers, it was found that the temperature of maximum density of water is 4 degree centigrade and super cooling is appeared. These topics is indispensable for teachers to explain the roles of water in a global environment.
