Abstract |
学校活動における生徒指導あるいは生活指導の意義やその役割について概観し,指導についての考え方について述べ,子どもたちの集団理解の考え方について発達的な視点と社会的な視点からそれぞれの視点からの考え方,その理解の方法について心理学的方法論から検討し,また,集団と個の成長についての研究動向について学童保育と授業実践の研究を例としてとりあげて,集団と個の成長についての研究動向について論考した。その結果,集団理解のいずれの視点においても個の成長や支援が含まれており,子ども This paper reviews meaning of student guidance in Japan and suggests ways of understanding student groups in Japanese school and community. The student guidance in Japan is aimed to develop students’ identity and promote their growth of independence. In student guidance, it is important to understand youth as a group and introduce both developmental and social perspectives to achieve that purpose. We are expected to consider both group and individual at school guidance. We should try to understand their dynamics and it is necessary to develop group consciousness through promoting conversation and discussion between students. |
