本論文では、入職２年目の実践体験を通して、初任期教師が形成している実践知について探究している。本学教職課程を修了した、４名の教師が研究参加者である。これらの教師を対象としてフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを行い、得られたナラティヴ・データに基づきつつ、彼らの実践知に関わった事例構成を試みた。事例の検討から得られた知見は、以下のようになる。（ⅰ）４名の初任期教師の内２名に関わって、その実践知形成は、拡張的変容、すなわち実践知の一側面を構成する既存の出来事の関連に、あらたな同質の出来事が付加され、その意味がより明確化していくという様態によって特徴付けられる。（ⅱ）残りの２名の教師に関わって、その実践知形成は、再構築的変容、すなわち実践知の一側面を構成する出来事の関連に、異質な別の出来事が対立して、その意味が変化していくという様態によって特徴付けられる。

In this paper, we explore the development of practical knowledge of novice teachers through their experiences of the second-year teaching. Four teachers, who had taken the teacher training course of our university, are research articipants. We try to compose the cases representing practical knowledge of the teachers, based on analyzing narrative data which was collected by focus group interviewing with them. Examining those cases, our findings are summarized as follows: (ⅰ) In the case of two of four novice teachers, the development of their practical knowledge is characterized by a mode of expansive transformation that the meaning of one aspect of it is more clarified , events of the same quality newly adding to the existing connected series of them, (ⅱ) in the case of other two teachers, the development of their practical knowledge is characterized by a mode of reconstructive transformation that the meaning of it is changed, events of the different quality opposed to the existing connected series of them.
