本研究グループは，妊婦が安心して妊娠期を過ごし，出産を迎え，またその後，安定した心理状態で育児を行ってもらう諸手法を提示した動画をインターネット上で配信した。この動画作成・配信は，新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の中でもより安全でより多くの人に視聴してもらい，産後の育児におけるトラブルを予防する教育手段たることを目的としている。内容としては，日常生活の中での安心・安全感覚の具体的な保持の仕方，ストレス・マネジメント，刺繍を通した子どもとのつながり形成，呼吸法を中心としたボディワークである。福山市の子育て世代包括支援センターであるネウボラ推進課と連携し，妊婦の具体的な姿を想定しながら，プログラム作成は行われている。実際に対面で福山市内の妊娠生活・出産・子育てに不安を抱える母親を対象に公開の講座を行い，講座の前後でプログラムの効果測定ができるような準備も進めてきているが，本論文はこのような実践的な研究の中間報告となるものである。

This research group produced programs and distributed videos on the Internet, showing various methods to support pregnant women to have safe pregnancies, give births, and then raise their children in stable psychological states. The purpose of our practical study is to provide an educational tool to prevent problems in postpartum childcare and to convey the methods in safer and more accessible way to wider audience even in the period of spreading of COVID-19 infection. The contents of the programs include the way to maintain a sense of safety and security in daily life, to manage stress during pregnancy, to form connections with children through embroidery, and exercise on breathing techniques. These programs were created in cooperation with the Fukuyama City Neuvora Promotion Division, as the Child-Rearing Generation Comprehensive Support Center, assuming the specific cases of pregnant women with some anxieties. We also prepare to hold face-to-face lectures for mothers in Fukuyama City who are worried about pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing, so that we can measure the effectiveness of the program before and after the lectures in the near future. This paper is an interim report of such a practical study.
