Abstract

The purpose of this article is to establish a study plan, by understanding the importance in the ability to identify problems within Socail Studies, and basing the methods to assist mastering the subject around the identified problem. The followings are the findings; (1) Clarified what Social Studies should be in relation to Life Environment Studies and Integrated Course. (2) By presenting "Our Hometown" in Mihara as an example, present a model study plan for a regional study. In the future, I would like to expand my study when we discuss Industry as a subject of regional study.
