Recent years, our country asserted to understand the relationship of the well-balanced between
individual and collective and to bring up the children who can discuss.
In this study, first, the meaning of individual freedom in the relationship between individual and
collective, the burden of the collective for protecting the individual, and in the collective it is better
to live together that should be able to be understood.
Second, the necessary, appropriate and situation dependence judgment that in order to let
children live together better, and the basic skills which as an means of living by a capable citizen
should be able to master.
Third, developed course that an attitude of form a voluntarily better collective should be able to
master.
