Community consists of "area" and "twofold local relation". Whereas the former refers to the space in which human activities are carried on, the latter refers to the pattern of social relation made by human activities in such area. Information is used in everyday life, as program to decreas uncertainty of human action. Today by its accessibility made possible by scientific-technical progress information flows across such areas. Information society is mainly characterized by significance of such information, where information penetrats into entire fields of human life. Therefore studies of "community and information" can be attempted in two perspectives. First, the penetration of information into human life in such areas. Secondly, the linkage of information-network and twofold local relation. Accessibility of information has possibility to control human life in widespread area, and human network to involve twofold local relation makes that possibility realized.
