This paper aims at considering the trends about reform of Russian Academy of Education（RAE） . Those considerations
will come by analyses new Regulations of RAE and personnel organization in RAE, from a viewpoint of relationship between federal government and RAE or autonomy of RAE.
Recently, in Russian Federation, it is advancing revolution of science policy, especially reform of Russian Academy of Science（RAS） . This RAS’s revolution is progressing in drastic, but reform of RAE seems like progressing in slowly. Regulations of RAE added minor amendments on new that. And some new research organizations are established in RAE, while academicians do not look like great changing.
However, some characteristics are founded by this study. First, RAE will be controlled much more stringent by Federal government. Second, there is growing influence of government against autonomy of RAE.
At any rate, we need to look closely to see what happens to RAE.
