In France, in a cabinet meeting of November 2012, the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Ministry of National Education performed the announcement about “Art and Culture Education Plan”.
“Art and Culture Education” in the school education of France is not something new, which began in 1968.
After many reform in the 80s this subject reach the present form. However about the importance and necessity of this field similar rationalization was repeated that we have an impression it’s at a standstill.
On the other hand, in the school education, this field is always “a building project” and it continues being “big will”.
