Abstract

This paper aims basic study to promote research on “national involvement in education” required for today’s globalization. Concretely, it is looked at national involvement plan/assessment/accountability, policy of free education, and recurrent education from national involvement.
Presently, educational policy is drawing influence from international organization in the world. Nations evaluate result of educational policy. Under this situations, sections providing education converge with the one direction, and have the potential for losing freedom about education. In addition, policy of free education and recurrent education could not resolve polarization, rather than foment polarization.
As above, in Globalization era, it is making “National Involvement in Education” much more powerful, so we will need much more studying “National Involvement in Education” from along multiple dimensions.
