抄録 |
Learning continuity develops between early childhood and elementary school education. However, curriculums and teaching methods differ between them and sometimes do not suit the children’s situation, which causes problems when teaching. Cultivating life-long learning ability in the transition from early childhood to elementary school is a popular international trend. Thinking abilities, normative consciousness, and expressive abilities start developing in early childhood. Notably, fundamental normative consciousness, which is the basis of subsequent school life, moral education, and lifestyle habits, among others, must be carefully cultivated. Based on these perspectives, this study examined the teaching content and methods of an exchange program to develop cooperation among kindergartens, nursery schools, and elementary schools to cultivate normative consciousness to support a smooth transition from early childhood to elementary school, based on the children’s condition. |
