Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze "Working Together: Lessons in Justice" of the Elementary Law-Related Education teaching material related to American history, and to clarify the principle of the unit composition of American Elementary Law-Related Education with the history teaching material.
In this study, it was clarified that grounds of the right security approval are requested from the history so that children may understand the law principle of the right security, the problem scene in the history is replaced with a present problem scene, and it is composed so that children may consider the right security easily as a present problem.
Children can promote the ability along acquisition and a legal criteria of legal knowledge and historical knowledge concerning the right security and to be able to straighten out that problem by studying this lesson.
