Almost every local government makes usually use of the types by similar local governments，which based on only Population and Industrial structure，for their financial analysis. But，a local government is very different than each other in geographical feature，weather condition，social and economic activities and management of public administrations and financial affairs. So，new types by similar local governments have to be developed from many another social indicators based on real activities of them. This paper is discussed about applying the social information analysis to a typological problem with a case study，which apply the Factor Analysis to find out the best factprs for classification.
