In the present civilized society we need a great deal of resources and energy to make a variety of goods，and we subsequently discharge a lot of general and industrial waste causing a depletion of resources and a deterioration of the environment. We，should，therefore，aim to construct a circulatory society which is an environmentally concerned society，accomplishing a sustainable economic development. The realization of a resource circulating society is an integral part of environmental conservation. The eco-town project recognized by the national government strives toward the goal of zero emissions，reducing a large quantity of waste resulting from domestic and industrial activities and utilizing it effectively as materials in different industries. Here，we describe a comparison of each of the eco-towns approved by the national government.
