We are interested in improving efficiency of plants for desalination of seawater by reverse osmosis process，and intend to confirm the relation between pre-filtration of polluted seawater and efficiency of plants by experiments. In particular red tide was examined. As a result of this study，we could find out that the pre-filtration combined ozone filtration with sand filtration will be useful and very economical.
