The basic approach method of Social Information Studies have a characteristic of Interdisciplinarity，and these themes of Social Information Studies spread out in many social fields. On the other hand，the real studies about Complex Systems are standing on the starting point recently，and the researchers of Social Sciences are taking notice of them. Also，the former Economics which basic theories were based on Optimization and Equilibrium of Supply and Demand，is trying to take in Complex Systems Theories. In this paper，I willl try to be clear the relation between new Social Information Studies and Complex Systems Studies. Then，I will propose some leading aspects of Social Information Studies to be developed in the future.
