As information-intensive industries and organizations increase or restructuring based on reengineering increase，individuals are being emphasized more than ever，in the conduct of the business operation，changing from the conventional personal connection and human-relation based performance. In areas where highly advanced technologies are required，particularly，individual creativity and individual knowledge are absolutely indispensable，there，naturally，the individual ability is highly appreciated. Therefore，each member in the organization is firmly establishing individual existence，assertion of individual rights and conditions of self-actualization. Thus，as described above，the purpose of this paper is to define the relation between individual spontaneity and intellectual productivity in organization.
