Many local governments have developed industrial estates in order to liven up local economy. Many studies have dealt with the economical effects of industrial policies on local communities，and the problems of those policies have been made clear. But we can't find out many studies on the post evaluations based on daily activities of the enterprises which move into the new industrial estates. The objective of this paper is to examine post evaluation of industrial policies based on questionnaire surveys. The survey was made at four industrial estates in Hiroshima Central Technopolis Region. As results of this study，many problems，such as employment，transportation network and collection of technical information and so on were presented.
