In this paper, AHP was adopted as a method of the selecting of the sold-real-estates. It was applied the sold-realestates as the altanatives of AHP. Since the number of altanatives in this paper is about four, the analysis in AHP was not LLS and it adopted the principal eigenvector approach. It was assumed that the purchase-applicant searched four sold-real-estates from the home page of the vacant house bank in Kure City, and applied AHP for the selecting from four to one. Here, the purchase applicant is called the decision maker in AHP. There were 33 items of the attributes of the sold-real-estates in the home page of the vacant house bank and were selected 10 items from those insides to the evaluation criteria of AHP. The evaluation criteria of AHP were represented by the individual evaluation value.
The characteristics of this paper were to represented the individual evaluation value of the altanatives as the ranking of each attributes of the sold-real-estates, and to did the pairwise comparisons in the perfectly matched. By the efforts such as those, it was possible to make the comparison of the altanatives have objectivity. Moreover, when it showed the importance of the altanatives in the symbol U which was the integrated matrix, the plan of the decision maker in the symbol T which was the integrated line vector and the overall weights in the symbol xD which was the decisionmaking liner vector, because by x=UT stands up, the maximum characteristics of this paper was the point which could simulate the effects of the value of xD for the variable values of T, because if U was fixed, xD was possible to assumed the function of T, which was possible to know that the plan of the decision maker whether or not to be reflected in the overall weights xD.
By the way, the principal eigenvector approach has several defects. As one in them, there is that the addition of the altanatives aggravates the precision of xD, such as the ranking of the altanatives reverses. As the plan to avoid, it recommends the implementation of above-mentioned simulation as the decision maker. So, the decision maker can grasp the change of the altanatives ranking, then, it proposes that the altanatives which is near his plan becomes able to be selected.
In this paper, it confirmed that the altanatives ranking reverses in adding one sold-real-estates actually. It reports that it is possible to do the selection of the altanatives which is near the plan of decision maker by doing above-mentioned
simulation
