新人看護師が２年目看護師に役割が変化したら，レジリエンス及び職務継続意志にどのように影響しているのか，関連性を明らかにすることを目的とした。承諾が得られた，H 県内の200 床以上の公的病院に勤務する新人看護師に，１年後と１年３か月後に，二次元レジリエンス要因尺度，役割受容尺度を用いて調査を行った。その結果，新人看護師と２年目看護師のレジリエンスに差がみられなかった。二次元レジリエンス要因尺度は２回目で辞めたいと思わない群が高かった。役割受容尺度は１回目も２回目も，辞めたいと思わない群が高かった。獲得的レジリエンスと役割受容尺度は，２回目に役割満足，役割達成で弱い相関がみられた。職務継続意志と役割受容尺度は，下位尺度である役割満足と役割評価の関連性が示された。

The purpose was to clarify the relevance of how new nurses affect resilience and willingness to continue working their duties when their roles change to second-year nurses. Consent was obtained, within H prefecture.
