対象者が1つの食品名で食事記録した食品が、日本食品標準成分表2015年版（七訂）では複数の食品番号が存在するものについて食品を整理した。対象は、大阪市某区の食生活改善推進員の 15 世帯（男性 6 名、女性 19 名；年齢（平均値士標準偏差） 71.5士H.2 歳）とした。 2019年6月から 7月の連続しない平日2日、休日 1日の 3日間の食事記録法による食事調査を実施した。対象者は料理名、食品名に加えて、加工食品を利用した場合は会社名、商品名を添えて、秤量または目安量で食事内容を記録するよう依頼した。対象者が記録した食品を日本食品標準成分表 2015年版（七訂）により、コード付けを行った。食品群の分類は日本食品標準成分表2015年版（七訂）に従った。本調査で記録された食品は 324 種類、述べ 2037 食品であった。
対象者が 1つの食品名で記録していたが、確認が必要となった食品としては、大根、にんじん、みつば、もやし、さけ、えび、いかなどがあった。加工品については、商品名を記載してもらうことで概ね対応できたが、生鮮食品では、写真を見せるなどの確認作業が必要となってくることが示された。

We described that one food participants recorded was correspondence multiple foods which contain in the standard tables of food composition injapan 2015 （seventh revised version）． Between June and July 2015,3−day dietary records were coHected from 6 males and 19 females living in Osaka city （age （average 士 standard deviation） 71.5 土 11.2 years old）． The participants recorded names of dish and food including company names and product names. The foods were coded according to t the standard tables of food composition in japan 2015 （seventh revised version）． There were 324 foods recorded in this survey, 2037 foods mentioned. The subject recorded under one food name,but the foods that needed to be confitmed to code a food in the standard tables of food composition in japan 2015 （seventh revised version） included radish, carrots, initsuba, bean sprouts, salmon, shrimp, and squid. For ptocessed products, it was generally possible to code one food in the standard tables of food composition injapan 2015 （seventh revised version）， but for fresh food, it was necessary to ask participants to confirm foods in such as showing a photograph would be necessary to code one food in the standard tables of food composition in japan 2015 （seventh revised version).
