本研究の目的は， 基礎看護技術の効果的な教育方法を検討するため， SP：Simulated Patient （模擬患者） を導入した教員によるデモンストレーションを実施し， 情意領域における教育効果を確認することである。 対象は本学看護学科の２年次学生で， 「基礎看護技術演習Ⅱ」 のうち 「排泄の援助技術；グリセリン浣腸」 を受講した118名である。 学生は， 講義と演習との終了時に， それぞれ前研究 （片山ら， 2006） で抽出した21項目から構成する評価票を用いて情意領域の学びを自己評価した。 因子分析 （主因子法ならびにバリマックス回転） した結果， 「学びの実感」， 「看護技術に伴うコミュニケーションの重要性」， 「技術実践に対する自信」 の３因子 （18項目） が抽出された。 内的整合性は， Cronbach'α係数で0.78～0.90が確認された。 ３因子の 「演習前」 と 「演習後」 の比較では， いずれの因子においても 「演習後」 が高かった。 SPを導入した演習は， 情意領域における学びに有効であることが示唆された。

This research focused on whether or not using a Simulated Patient (SP) in a nursing educationaffected the learning curve of affective domain for nursing students. The subjects were 118 sophomorenursing students who enrolled a glycerin enema class called "Fundamental Nursing Skill for enemacare". Data were collected through a self-achievement questionnaire included twentyone items beforeand after the nursing skill lab. Result of factor analysis (Principal Factor Method and Varimax Rotation), three factors were extracted: satisfaction to leaning, acknowledge on importance of communicationassociated nursing skill and self-confidence on nursing practice. The internal consistency was conformedby Cronbach's α (α: 0.78 - 0.90). Compared with before and after the nursing skill lab, thosethree factors were highly correlated. Using a SP in the nursing skill lab is effective for the students'leaning in an affective domain.
