In this study, the investigation about the present condition of computer skill was carried out for 10 years. Because of
the spread of computer education, at the time of the university entrance, the number of character input in 10 minutes
was improved to 401.3 characters from 215.6 characters. After the university entrance, the number of character input
was improved 20-30% by practicing the touch typing. There was not connection with how to use the finger and the
growth rate of the number of character input.
