Abstract

The Sit-to-stand motion that there is a difference in seat height among the healthy individuals was measured with three dimensional analysis devices, and the movement of trunk and lower limbs was analyzed by kinesiology. 16 healthy men were the objects, and the trunk and thigh motion that changed height on the seat side also analyzed standing up from the chair (Sit-to-stand). As for the result, the trunk forward flexion level (angle between trunk and thigh) at the time of standing up from 40cm level became 104.±9.16 degrees. The trunk forward flexion level at the time of standing up from 20cm level became 128.7±4.59 degrees. Of each had a significant difference (P=0.0000). The knee flexion angle at the time of standing up from 40cm level became 84.4±7.50degrees.The knee flexion angle at the time of standing up from 20cm level became 113.0±4.76 degrees. When the height of the chair with a significant difference lowered, it was clarified to of each angle that both trunk forward flexion levels and the knee joint flexion levels at the time of standing up increased intentionally.
