Recently the economy of local area in Japan has been declined dramatically by the Lehman shock and the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. In order to stimulate the local economy, we propose to issue a new "electronic type of community currency “, which has the character of usual local currency with untouched settlement electronic type card. In 1990’s many community currencies started all over Japan, however, some of them have been faced with the problems of currency management and so on. Recently the untouched settlement electronic type cards have expanded rapidly by its convenience with trading of goods services or with using transportation. Our proposal is to use a new type of local currency with the merits of untouched settlement electronic type card and to stimulate the local economy in Japan.
