SVMを用いた言語情報に基づく医療コミュニケーションにおける不適切発話の検出手法-広島市立大学機関リポジトリ

In the medical examination process, communication between doctor and patient is very important. However, some communication gaps happen by various factors such as difficult technical terms, haughty attitude, and so on. On the other hand, some other attitudes of doctor such as polite confirmation can enfeeble the gap. In this paper, we propose a method to detect "inadequate utterances" of doctor based on 11 grammatical features and the result of Bayesian filtering.
