Abstract

Recently, the quality of early childhood education and care is worth investing for a nation's economic growth in the world. In this study, a review of international trends and evaluation methods of process quality, for example, ECERS-R and SSTEW, are showed. For a nursery training school, its educational curriculum is needed to be based on the improvement of process quality. The most important is to develop a nursery teacher's communication skills. Thus an example of an educational program for the development of communication skills is presented as a new syllabus organization of communication theory and practice.
