This paper reports factor analysis results of a questionnaire survey given to fifty men and women as survey subjects on attitudes towards the storage and disposal of clothes.　The following findings are reported in this survey.
　Women are more likely to keep clothes they do not wear and prefer to make use of them by recycling instead of throwing them away as waste.　In contrast, men do not hesitate to throw away clothes they do not wear any more as waste.　Moreover, women are likely to dispose of affordable clothes after one season of wearing them while men tend to wear their clothes longer.
　People who care more about design tend to be attached to their clothes and cannot dispose of them.　People who love to mix and match their clothes tend to have less interest in clothes and prefer to give them to other people by using flea markets and putting their used clothes in the recycling boxes at shops.　On the other hand, people who care more about size tend to dispose their clothes as waste instead of giving them to other people because they are more consciousness of standard sized clothes.
