As a method for studying the distribution of blood capillaries non-physiological dye
solutions had been injected into the postmortem animals under non-physiological
pressures. Since the blood vessels have strong active contractility，under these methods the flow of the dye solution into the blood capi1laries was impeded and changes in ca1iber were caused.
The research method for distribution of blood capi1laries devised by the author does
not cause any change of caliber，and permit observing the whole blood capi1lary nets
under one visual field of a stereo microscope because a thick specimen or an organ itself is used as it is.
Regarding the study of lymph capillary distribution， as even India ink particles
permeate the lymph capi1lary walls in some part of the body， yermilion is preferred
in such cases. When dyes with smaller particles than India ink are used，the easy
permeability of these dyes to the blood and lymph capillary wall somet imcs prevents
attaining the objective and even leads to incorrect conclusions.
