I carried out TAT with 54 female university sutudents as subjects, and collected its TAT responses. I selected the Figures that we used in accordance with Murray (1943), but the difference was that I used 3BM and 8BM instead of 3GF and 8GF. I classified the TAT responses of the subjects under the response classification framework of Suzuki (1997), and carried out analysis per each Figure. I examined the object relation shown in the TAT responses on the basis of the analysis results, and many object relations showing psychological characteristics of females in their adolescene were seen. For example, they are that the relationship of love with an opposite sex becomes important, or how the relationship between a mother and a child becomes an issue. Furthermore, an expression of aggressiveness which is a characteristic of the subjects in this study was clarified. These indicated that classifying responses under the response classification framework of Suzuki is effective for analysis of TAT responses.
