The Tsugaru Dialect is spoken in the western part of Aomori Prefecture, which is the northern most prefecture in Honshuu. The purpose of this paper is to represent various phonological rules by which the phonetic forms from the underlying representations are derived. The ordering of rules is often crucial to derive the correct phonetic representations.
