The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge about physical activity in early childhood based on early childhood education, actual situation of first grader and physical activity that I developed.
As a result of consideration about early childhood education and physical activity, we understood 3 points to in mind of physical activity. That is, easy rules, common purpose, and awareness of changes in mind and body. Physical activity that includes these will be useful for desirable growth for early childhood children.
