This research is an attempt to deal promptly with the personal student guidance data, such as the attendance, the result of an examination, and the informations obtained from the tutor's guidance, by electronic data processing. From this research we were able to improve the two points as follows. 1 By the prompt dealing with the data, appropriate and well-timed guidance can be given to students. 2 By extracting factors, preventive guidance can be given instead of belated guidance in many cases.
