Abstract |
With improvements in many precise instruments, the necessity of high quality surfaces for optical devices and memory devices has become a major concern. In recent years, lithium niobate (LiNbO3) has been used with excellent optical and electrical characteristics in a wide range of optical fields. In addition, lithium niobate has been studied as a potential material for holographic data storage. 球面形状を必要とする製品や光学部品の高精度化に伴い,より高い表面精度や加工能率が必要とされてきている。ニオブ酸リチウム(LiNbO3)は熱的にきわめて安定で光学的,電気的に非常に優れ光通信分野を中心として多くの研究がなされている。 |
