The purpose of this study was to gain knowledge and improve teaching methodology through using Information and Communication Technology（ICT） in the teaching profession, and to improve teachers’ qualifications and abilities. We surveyed 16 items of the teaching methodology of using ICT and the environment and usage experience of personal computers and the Internet as question items. As a result, it was found that the student's ICT utilization guidance ability was low in the items related to the student's ICT utilization guidance and the instruction using ICT in class. In addition, there were differences in terms of interest, interest, and whether it could be used freely. Furthermore, it was recognized that students had little knowledge and experience in programming.
In a school where the Global and Innovation Gateway for All（GIGA） school concept is launched and the ICT environment for each terminal is maintained, the ICT utilization guidance ability to effectively realize individual optimal learning will be transferred to technical education including cooperation with each subject. Expectations are high. therefore, we developed teaching materials for programming and machine learning based on the students' experience. Accumulating the practice of using ICT to solve problems will lead to improvement of leadership.

本研究では，教職課程を履修する学生のICT活用指導力の向上を図るための知見を得て，資質・能力を高めることを目的とした。ICT活用指導力の16項目とパソコンやインターネット等の環境や使用経験を質問項目として調査した。その結果，学生のICT活用指導力は，生徒のICT活用の指導，授業にICT活用しての指導に関する項目において低いことが認められた。また興味・関心，自由に利活用できるか環境面において差異も認められた。さらにプログラミングの知識・経験の少ないことも認められた。
GIGAスクール構想が打ち出され1人1台端末のICT環境が整備される学校において，個別最適な学びを効果的に実現するためのICT活用指導能力は，各教科との連携を含め技術科教育への期待は大きいと思われる。そこで学生の既習経験を踏まえプログラミング及び機械学習の教材開発を試みた。問題解決を図るためにICT活用の実践を積み上げることで指導力の向上に結びつくと思われる。
