Anycast is a new type of communication address system introduced by IPv6. An anycast address is assigned to a specific service which is supported by multiple servers. By using the anycast address, the client communicates with the best server only. The routing protocol for the anycast address system, however, has not been standardized so that its applications in global networks are very limited. This paper addresses the issue of how to utilize anycast in broader areas. First, the possibility of implementation using the existing routing protocols is investigated. Second, a method of problem solving is proposed. Finally, some examples are analyzed. The result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

エニーキャストアドレスはIPv6から新しく導入された通信方式である。エニーキャスト通信のために規定されたエニーキャストアドレスは，特定のサービスに対して割り当てられるアドレスであり，クライアント側はエニーキャストアドレスを指定すれば，サービスを提供する複数のサーバのうち最適なサーバと通信することができる。しかし，現状ではエニーキャスト専用のルーティングプロトコルが標準化されておらず，ローカル上での実現は可能であるが，グローバルなエニーキャストサービスの提供は非常に制限されている。本稿では，エニーキャストの応用の視点から，既存のルーティングプロトコルを利用した実装の可能性と問題点を探り，その問題点を解決する方法を提案し，実例で有効性を示す。
