Hiroshima Institute of Technology has been teaching integrated circuit designs and semiconductor processes since 1989. We made the lecture system about the fabrication of pMOS FET using semiconductor processing and testing apparatus in Kitakyushu Science and Research Park for students in this year. The operation of the fabricated IC was confirmed using ID-VD characteristic of pMOS FET by students. They had the successful experience to fabricate and to test IC. During the fabricating pMOS FET, the photograph related with the process of pMOS FET were obtained to establish the e-learning system of the fabrication of IC.
