Abstract |
It is a system LSI is used in all the places of modern society. As advanced circuitry technology, electron device technology, semiconductor process technology, mounting technology, etc. are used to produce the system LSI, it becomes difficult understand the knowledge about the system LSI, and a system LSI is start to think as a black box. In recent years, the technology which surrounds a system LSI was developed and the design of the digital circuit in an integrated circuit was attained using the software on a personal computer. Although the integrated circuits was mounted in the printed circuit board and tested in education of industrial high school, the preliminary integrated circuit design became easy, and the education which was consistent from an integrated circuit design to printed circuit board mounting was attained at the university, and applied the system to the education of an industrial high school. |
