This paper focuses on examining and enhancing the engineering education system as a new strategy to stimulate development of remarkable improvement in the education programs that synthesize effective concepts and features of a futuristic education system. Some essential requirements are also proposed to enhance and guarantee the high-quality engineering education for Japanese private universities. In addition, this paper introduces not only the recent status of engineering education but also the newly proposed an effective engineering education solution for the extreme diversification of students' attributes. The important role of private universities and engineering education are discussed to lead to the creation of distinctive, attractive education systems.
