This is a study to propose the housing district's planning of the hill city “Hiroshima Seibu Kyuryo Toshi”. Concretely, it is clarfied problem at current state by a local investigation and the document investigation, and extracts the planning requirement in hill city by “the item” and “the fram” and “the requirement”. In addition, it is examined correspondence of the planning requirement in hill city and present conditions.
