Abstract

The H∞ controller for a vibration control system has been designed on the extended H∞ control strategy by Mita which is especially effective when a plant has jω poles in the mixed sensitivity problem. From the simulation analysis it is found that the type 1 controller having a single integrator is better in the low sensitivity than the type 0 one, and that the two-degree-of-freedom controller is more superior not only in the robust performance but also in the low sensitive one.
