We considered the error of the approximation problem，which was develored at active filter of any degree having only a pair of zeros on the imaginary axis. At this filter as above，weight function concerned with zeros are introduced into the characterestic function of non-pole butterworth，and consequently this have become one of approximating method to give an effective result. This paper describes the approximating degree evaluated through all the frequency range，and the comparison with butterworth.
