In order to attain the fundamental mission and objectives on the engineering education，this paper provides a new strategy focusing on product planning and its evaluations to stimulate development of remarkable improvement in the education programs that synthesize cross-curricular subjects on information technologies and management sciences. Our efforts are devoted to achieve the following subjects in experience learning:① setting hypothesis on target customer needs through group interviews，② designing creative concepts to meet the customer needs，③ verification of the relevancies on setting hypothesis and designing concepts，④ positioning and formulating for satisfying customer needs and conceptions，⑤ selecting the conception to satisfy customer needs，⑥ making conjoint analysis to set the combination of levels of each attribute，⑦ making quality table to rink designing activities，and ⑧ evaluating the achievements of product planning. In addition，this paper also introduces the results of learning and experience through the experience learning of intelligent management technology.
