This research considered that whether the city planning which administration planned for the urbanization zone in Saeki-ward, Hiroshima-city is attained as the plan was made would tackle to inquire about the situation of the town in present Hiroshima, and the future state. The land use plan with which administration built whether the town would be made as administration made the plan, and the population which lives there were verified.
Furthermore, it verifies whether there is any public transportation facility in a densely-populated area, and tackles to he will understand the present condition of Hiroshima-city and improve.
And as a result of verifying, administration made the plan, and it turned out in general that people live about the use district and building coverage which were set up as planned.
However, there is no big road in the area in which people do not live as planned, and it turned out that the area where public transport is poor, and especially are remarkable.
