Procedure is the important concept in programming learning. It is, however, difficult to learn due to need knowledge of modularization and logical thinking. These are barriers when the youth learning programming. Therefore, our research aims to build the framework that they understand more easily about procedure. Practically, we make the application software of learning about procedure. The user changes some inputs and some parameters, watching the outputs, in order to match them to the solution.
