Abstract

The electromotive force that is more than 1.5V is needed when a small electronic device is driven by the energy harvesting device to apply a teaching material. So, we have developed a manual winding machine equipped with a turns counter to fabricate the mini coils of the multiple layer and windings on the small bobbin for the sewing machine. The number of turns of the fabricated coil is thousands or ten-thousand times. The self-inductance and resistance of the coils were measured. The measurement value and the theoretical values were in good agreement with an error of less than 5%. In addition, by using the coils, we have developed a Stirling engine generator that operates at a low temperature difference.
