Abstract |
The class called TPE, which is developed in French upper secondary school for nearly 20 years since the introduction, is positioned close to the period of Integrated study in Japan. But how to develop the lessons is unique as the distinctive name symbolizes. Although it takes the style of a research project, peculiar restraints to the procedure are imposed like the group activities and the conditions of the theme setting, etc. Moreover, it is the subject of the baccalaureate examination as university entrance qualification examination; the written production and the oral examination are required. We outline the TPE and advanced the discussion of the Period of Integrated Study and other education while taking the viewpoint of science course. |
