The department of civil engineering gave no lectures and practice for landscape design in the past. In this department, design of the engineering works structure, lectures and practice that in particular play an important role in design have not been given till now. However, learning design has become increasingly important to civil engineering magors in recent trend. It is necessary that they are able to “desgin”, picturing landscape design for the engineering works structure in their minds. We made a plan for giving lectures and practice on landscape design which is necessary for engineering works engineer of the department. Design education given this year will help them to solue problems in the future.
