Thermoelectric power has recently been expected to be one of important energy source produced by using wasted heat-energy.In thermoelectric materials,crystals with skutterudite structure are focused because of its unique crystal lattice.In this paper electronic structure of CoGe1.5Te1.5 has been investigated by DV-Xα method.Crystal of Fe0.5Ni0.5Sb3 has been grown and its electronic structure has been studied by means of photoemission measurements.It is found that from the non-occurrence of the resonant-photoemission of 3d transition metals of Fe and Ni,the covalent character is large in the valence bands.Further,two different binding energies of Sb 4d states are observed,suggesting two kind of Sb electronic change states. |
