A simultaneous differential equations with constant coefficients can be rewritten by the vector and the matrix. Then, the unknown functions are derived by the standardization of the matrix. The 2×2 matrix whose characteristic values are distinct was discussed in the last paper. This paper deals with the 2×2 matrix whose characteristic polynomial has multiple root. For that purpose, Jordan canonical form is used. |
